Audit ($149)
Refundable in full if the report does not deliver what you paid for: prompts that were not run, an engine that was not queried, the wrong competitors, or a report that fails to generate. Email us within 14 days of purchase and say what is wrong. Finding that you are cited in none of the 40 prompts is a valid result, not a defect — that answer is what the audit is for, and it is not grounds for a refund.
Monitor ($79/month, $758/year)
Cancel at any time and the subscription stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. Periods already billed are not refunded, and there is no minimum term to buy out.
How to request a refund
Email hello@heardof.io from the address you used to buy, with the report attached and a line on what is wrong with it. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
