One-time AI visibility audit · $149
Heard of you?
We asked ChatGPT 40 times.
Usually it hasn't. HeardOf asks 40 real buyer questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, shows you who got named instead, and tells you what to fix first. $149, once. No subscription, no call with a “strategist”.

best practice management software for a 4-chair dental office
ChatGPT · question 12 of 40 · sample, brands renamed
For a practice that size, three come up most often. Meridian Dental is the usual first recommendation — strongest scheduling, deepest insurance integrations. Vantage is cheaper and quicker to set up, though reporting is thinner. Cleardesk is the best reviewed of the three, but onboarding takes longer.
The company that paid for this audit is not in this answer.
One of the 120 answers the audit reads. Not a chart about it — the answer, as the engine wrote it.

We ran it on ourselves first.
On 4 September 2026, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini named us in 2 of 120 answers about our own category. So, yes. We know how the email feels.

Who got named, how often
Your score, the score of each competitor you name, and the per-engine split. Same questions, same day.
Where the answers come from
The 25 sites the engines cited most, and which of your questions each one was cited for.
What to fix, in order
Up to twelve things, grouped this week, this month, this quarter. Ticks are saved.
What we do. What we don't.
Most pages in this category tell you what the product does. Here's the other half too, because it's the part that decides whether you can trust the first.
We do
40 questions written for your category
Not a generic list. The way a buyer types them, not the way a marketer would.
Three engines, asked live, when you pay
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini. Not a cache, not a guess from training data.
Every answer read for four names
Yours and the three competitors you give us. 120 answers, each one scored for who was named and who was cited.
Three competitors you pick
Scored on the same questions, same day. We don't guess who you compete with.
We don't
Cover Google AI Overviews. Yet.
It needs a paid search-results source we don't subscribe to. It's left out of your score, not estimated, and your report says so.
Pretend one run is the truth
These models aren't deterministic. Ask again next week and some answers change. We date the run and we don't smooth it into a trend that isn't there.
Guarantee you'll get cited
Nobody can. We guarantee the questions were asked and the answers are what they said.
Refund a bad result
If we didn't run what we said, full refund within 14 days. If we ran it and you're in none of the 40, that's the result. It's what you paid for.
Both prices are on this page
There's no third tier and no “contact us”.

Who's doing this
HeardOf is Angel Kürten and a pipeline. Angel ran AI content systems for thousands of SMB clients as an engineering manager; the pipeline that reads your answers is the same one. It's a product from Kubbo Software, Inc., in Delaware. If something's wrong with your report, the reply comes from him, not from a ticket number.
The questions we actually get
Why three engines and not four?
Google AI Overviews needs a paid search-results source we haven't subscribed to. Rather than estimate it, we mark it “not covered” on your coverage table and leave it out of the score. When we add it, past scores get recomputed and you get an email.
Is this a service or a product?
A product. You sign in with an email code, see a free preview from one engine, pay by card, and the pipeline runs. The report is back in about fifteen minutes. No scoping call, no statement of work.
What is generative engine optimization (GEO)?
Making a brand more likely to be named and cited in answers generated by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. It rewards entity clarity, direct answers, structured data and third-party mentions — not rankings in a list of links.
Is this the same as SEO?
No. SEO optimizes for a rank in a list of results. GEO optimizes for being named inside a generated answer. They share foundations, but the tactics differ: these models weight entity consistency, direct answers and third-party mentions far more than backlinks. HeardOf measures the GEO side and sits beside whatever you already do for SEO.
How long until anything changes?
Sixty to ninety days, usually. These engines re-crawl and re-weight on their own schedule. The audit tells you where you stand today; Monitor is what tells you honestly whether it moved.
Do you guarantee I'll show up in ChatGPT?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. HeardOf measures and reports; it does not control what these models cite. The audit tells you where you stand and what to change.
Who is this for?
US B2B SaaS companies with 10–50 employees whose buyers research with AI before booking demos. Real estate CRM, dental practice management, staffing ATS and CRM, creative-agency project management and fleet management are the categories we know best.
Can I cancel Monitor?
Yes, from your settings, through Stripe. It stops at the end of the period you've paid for, and everything already run stays yours. The audit is a one-time purchase with nothing attached to it.
Can I get my money back?
In full, within fourteen days, if we didn't deliver what you paid for: questions not run, an engine not asked, the wrong competitors, a report that failed to generate. Finding that no engine names you is a valid result, not a defect. That answer is what the audit is for.
Find out whether ChatGPT has heard of you. It probably hasn't. Now you'll know why.
